Hi fellow collectors!
I love all Silver and Bronze Age comics - whether super-hero, romance, westerns or whatever!
I have been collecting for 40 years, having started by collecting low grade and then medium grade and now high grade.
I have an incurable addiction to high grade and am a pathological upgrader. I still get a buzz from receiving something in the mail 40 years old that looks like it is brand new. On the other hand, I also get an equal buzz out of getting a really tough 1960 Millie the Model issue that has been on my wants list for 10 years!
I am not an investor nor am I a reader of the stuff I collect. If I want to read comics I read the bound reprints. Instead, I am an accumulator-collector with the thrill of the chase being what I love most and what drives me.
My Silver and Bronze squarebounds are my favorite items in my collection and my grail book is the 1 copy in 9.4 in the Census of Millie the Model Annual #1!
I love communicating with and meeting other collectors!
