Story:

The web-slinger and the King of Wakanda are having a tough time against the Ghost and Sunturion until the golden avenger enters the fray! After Shell-head forces the Ghost to retreat and Sunturion to stop fighting, order is restored to the ESU campus. However, there is also another villain trying to steal the synthetic vibranium...Ultron-13! What will happen when the three heroes bust into the Roxxon complex on Long Island the next day?
