Owner's Description
A long time ago I tried to attain a 9.8 SS of issue 81, I failed. I since purchased another one and never realized I forgot to place it in the registry. It almost seemed like I had two missing from my 9.8 goal. Once I get issue 58 I will search for the summer special, and then from there...I might go back to getting them signed. Since most artists and writers now charge a signature fee for any books getting graded I have been priced out of my market. But I am still willing to try...just at a much slower pace.
