My 1st CGC authenticated sketch that I've ever submitted. On 5/28/18 Don Perlin creator of Moon Knight sketch of Moon Knight. The blank was provided by the boardie Radiant Graphix! Super Thankful for his kindness and generosity! I had submitted through Desert Wind, so originally, I didn't have the graders notes. I had to keep tabs to get the commission done. Still was happy to have it back. It came back with rings, and Brittany McManus helped me get the reholder. Rock on!! Interesting though they are! I didn't know what a "printers' crease" was, but interesting to find out! I'm still in awe that this worked out and glad to have it when the time comes to appreciate Moon Knight again, as it was printed a lot with an ongoing series when I grew up that the revisiting now brings back newsstand memories!
Complete with a back cover picture of Alex Ross to now incorporate the universe, with a poster from the Wizard magazine! Those 90's brought forth many an interesting take on the landscape of "realism" and fantasy, with many contributors still producing today. Don Perlin did his best and was taking commissions up until 2018 at least, and that is a long work history. R.I.P. 2024.
