2nd Highest Grade. First appearance of Katma Tui. (What a beautiful prehistoric dinosaur & sci-fi time travel cover! Katma Tui is introduced in this issue. She is the Green Lantern chosen to replace Sinestro when he was stripped of his power ring. She also went on to help train Hal Jordan and eventually dated John Stewart, the Green Lantern introduced during the GL/Green Arrow series which many consider as marking the beginning of the Bronze Age.)
