Origin and 1st appearance of Taskmaster! Awesome Green Cover. There he is, ready for battle on the cover and soon to be the enemy in the movie Black Widow, starring Scarlett Johansson. Seems a good match, and I own Avengers #195, which has the Taskmaster cameo! Well now you've got the full force and is it all going to go downtown? "Book'em Danno!" From haughty to naughty, from confident to inferior. Taskmaster is finished and the Avenger triumphant. There may be a new story with Antman as the hero, the next time Taskmaster tries to rue the day. Superficial? Maybe. Accurate in precision, indeed the Taskmaster is a master, but his work of study is not effectively efficient to concentrate on the task at hand. He could be a teacher with those kinds of skills and get a day job to earn some cash, ha! Often it is a life of crime that will be the ultimate force in task mastering!
Complete with a back cover picture of the next issue to possibly find slabbed, and the Hawkeye stringing up Ant-Man related Avengers issue #223. The Taskmaster is back in this issue, although it is wits oriented. My reader copy bought from Awesome Comics, LCS, for $8!
