Story:

"Delusions" Part 3 of 3. Script by Bill Mantlo. Pencils by Greg LaRocque. Inks by Jim Mooney. Cover by Greg LaRocque and Al Milgrom. Peter Parker and Ben Urich attend the Punisher's arraignment hearing at the courthouse. It's a sad ending for Frank Castle as the once proud vigilante is sentenced to a mental institution for his attacks on the civilian populace. However, the one-man war against crime will return with a vengeance in his Limited Series! (Punisher 1st series 1986). Meanwhile, the Black Cat is gradually recovering from her injuries and suggests to the web-slinger the possibility of becoming his crime fighting partner. Brief origin on the Punisher. Cameo appearance by Captain Jean DeWolff. (Notes: This three-part story was reprinted in Marvel Tales 220, 221, and 222. There was some controversy at the time over the characterization (mentally unstable/borderline psychotic) of the Punisher in these issues, as his persona was somewhat different from his prior appearances.) 32 pages Reprinted in Marvel Tales # 222.
