STORY: "Last of the Heroes"
Part 2 of 2.

At his Staten Island headquarters, the ruthless Fortunato is poised to unite all of the Big Apple's mobsters under his and Hydra's control! And he plans to demonstrate his power by ceremoniously executing Spider-Man (aka Ben Reilly) and Tombstone! However, the Man Without Fear learns about Fortunato's sinister scheme and rushes to NYC's smallest borough to help! But the stellar superhero duo will need a man on the inside to escape with their lives! How about big Jimmy-6? Will Fortunato's son be the fortunate one to save Spider-Man and Daredevil? Cameo appearances by Hammerhead, Silvermane, the Rose, and the Slug.
