Owner's Description

x2 signed by Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting. Big thanks goes out to Will Wong and Kris Moore for helping me to be able to get this one done.

The last issue ended with it looking like Bucky was about to shoot Sharon Carter at point-blank range. The issue opens and it turns out that Bucky was only pretending to be under control and he actually tried shooing Faustus, but the gun was loaded with blanks.

Throughout the issue we see more of the conflict that is going on in Sharon's mind as she struggles with Faustus' mental influence over her.

The Falcon and the Black Widow find themselves at the entrance of one of the Red Skull's/Faustus' facilities with the help of Red Wing as they search for Sharon and Bucky.

Meanwhile, Tony Stark is aboard the HeliCarrier discovering for himself that Sharon is pregant with Steve Rogers' baby, and we learn that he intends to do everything he can to keep that information secret.

As the Falcon and the Black Widow wage their assault, we an awesome fight with Bucky as he takes out numerous guarded with both arms tied behind his back!

Bucky sees Sharon and makes a plea to escape with her, but Sharon ends up being the one who, while being extremely conflicted, blasts Bucky to knock him out. She then goes to make her escape with Faustus with Bucky in tow.

The Falcon manages to give chase, in an attempt to lose the Falcon and free Bucky at the same time, she drops him out of the escape jet, forcing the Falcon to dive after him in mid-air!

The issue ends with the Black Widow finding the Falcon and an unconscious Bucky. She then promptly proceeds to announce that he's under arrest!
