Owner's Description

This issue is extremely rare in a high grade, with the black cover color very difficult to print in the early 70's. Have a look: There are few registered #12's out there.
This one is a particular delight to me in that I won this on eBay for a mere $22. The seller had graded it confidently at 9.2 NM-.
