Owner's Description

Issue #67 involves an ex-con, Billy Baggett, a criminal jailed by GL, who has learned how to use his will power to control Green Lantern’s power ring. He uses his power to repeatedly to confound our hero until eventually Hal manages to turn the tables on him and return him to prison.

After two high census issues of 9.8, we reach Issue #67 where there are none. The Twin Cities copy is one of five 9.6s topping the census. We acquired the book in the August 18, 2011 Heritage auction.
