A fantastic cover showing the great comic Academy Award to Barry Smith, as he won the "Academy of Comic Book Arts Awards Best Continuing Feature" for Conan the Barbarian in 1971.
Furthermore this book has near-perfect centrering, so that the black front cover extends all the way to the left. This is often rare to see among Conan the Barbarian #21 books, where cover off-centering typically results in a white vertical line to the far left that is very easy to spot (due to the black cover).
Conan the Barbarian #21 has been hard for me to find in CGC 9.8. In June 2012 there were only 4 books in 9.8 (this book, Barry James' book and Doctor Joe's book - and one, who's owner is unknown to me) and 1 book in 9.9 (CarlD's book).
This book contains the story "The Monster of the Monoliths", and it was originally part of Bill Hughes amazing collection, which still can be seen here:

I am guessing that the brothers Carlo and Paul (=CarlD) in 2006 or 2007 bought much of Bill Hughes collection. The Conan #21 9.8 book stayed in their collection, until Carlo and I, after negotiating for little more than a year ;-), made a transaction securing me this great book.
This book is dedicated to Paul and Carlo, and I shall indeed do my best to keep the pages snow white for many years to come :-)
In the spring of 2012 Collectors' Society changed how pictures were shown and uploaded, which reduced the quality of book pictures significantly - compared to the quality I usually could provide within the old 200kb limit.
