Wolverine Goes to Hell: Part 1- Three weeks ago Wolverine and Pastor John Wraith sat on the steps of Wraith's church and discuss how Wolverine feels dammed and how Wraith feels that Wolverine has a chance to change as he has. Now, back in the present day, Wraith and his congregation are attacked by Wolverine's body possessed a demon. The possessed Wolverine kills Wraith and burns his church with everyone trapped inside. Meanwhile Melita Garner is attacked by the Mongrels, who were sent by the Red Right Hand, but she is saved by Mystique, who reveals that Wolverine's soul is in hell.
Scorched Earth Chapter 3-"Last Stand of the Silver Samurai"- The Black Samurai have been sent by the Red Right Hand to kill the Silver Samurai and destroy the Clan Yashida Ancestral Compound, but they seem to have bit off more then they could crew. The Silver Samurai fights back with everything and defeats them but his home is now ash and he has lost his life.
