Signed by Roger Stern (look at his tiny signature in the moon). With few exceptions, Stern signed all of my books with the smallest signature possible. I'm guessing he is trying to avoid covering up the cover art as much as possible.
Besides the final page which features the four panel shot of Doomsday's fist punching a wall, the plot of this issue is unrelated to the Death of Superman storyline.
It does, however, contain a discussion between Superman and the Jackal where Superman outright says the idea that he "never kills" is not true. This is apparently controversial for some fans even though there are plenty of examples of it happening in the comics.
