Set Description:
Synopsis: This set is a continuation of our complete TOS set and currently includes 37 books, all of which are 9.8s. We are not aiming to collect all the books in this very long set, just the early entries and the Jack Kirby covers.
Background: While we have long owned all the Cap America appearances in TOS, we have otherwise not collected Captain America on his own. But as upgrades to our earlier sets have become more and more costly, we have decided to start collecting started a few new titles just to stay active collecting. We plan to stick with just the SA and BA Caps for now. Needless to say, we have not gotten far with this one yet.
2023 Update: We are still trying to decide the parameters of our Captain America collection. We have pretty much run out of room in our library for comic books and have some decisions to make. I think we will either cull the collection or build a new room just for the comics. I like the latter idea, but with construction costs high it may not be practical financially.
