ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Dwarfed

City police scour the alleys in search of Cyan’s kidnapper. An enraged Spawn is counseled by Cog to restrain his response. After considering the situation, Spawn pursues the Clown and is taunted into battle. With no other choice but to use his limited energy reserves, Spawn destroys the Clown and returns Cyan to her parents.
