ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - The Kingdom (part 2 of 7)

Sam and Twitch summon Spawn to ask for his assistance in finding Max. Unfortunately, Max is content with his new life on the run. The youngster has befriended Dawn, a member of a religious cult called The Kingdom. Together they watch the group initiate a new member. Meanwhile, the demons Zabraxas and Abbadon make money by preaching the gospel of Satan in the local park. They are unaware that Spawn’s search for Max will begin at their doorstep. Elsewhere, Simon Pure warns Spawn not to interfere in matters that are not his concern. Back at the station, Sam and Twitch discuss the hunt for Max but are interrupted by the realization that there are a number of corpses surrounding the precinct station.
