ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - New Beginnings (part 4 of 6)

Sara gets her first glimpse of Jim Downing’s dark side as he struggles with the decision of whether or not to save the life of one of the paparazzi that has been stalking her. Sara is horrified by his hesitation. Meanwhile, Marc Rosen begins to research a wedding photo provided by Downing. Who is the bride standing by Downing’s side? At the same time, Rosen’s dedication to work is starting to wear thin on his girlfriend and things are not well at home. Elsewhere, Violator and the Old Guard decide to test Downing’s new powers.
