ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Ripples (Violator returns storyline part 2 of 2)

The battle between Spawn and the Violator ends prematurely as a water main ruptures in the sewer and washes away the combatants. Violator is concerned about the rapid development of Spawn’s armor and plans to destroy him with the help of Jason Wynn, who is encouraged to befriend Terry because it will enrage Spawn and increase his vulnerability to attack. Their first move is to complete Terry’s transfer to Wynn’s department. Meanwhile, Cog urges Spawn to carefully consider his actions and emotions; he must not succumb to the Violator’s brand of psychological warfare.
