ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Retribution Overdrive (part 2 of 2)

Spawn’s investigation leads him back to Jason Wynn, who is obsessed with revenge. Wynn soon finds that Spawn is much different; he now has nothing to lose. Once upon a time, Spawn would have simply killed Wynn. Instead, Spawn uses his powers to invade Wynn’s fracturing mind and forces him to exist in a living hell for the rest of his life. Spawn no longer fears exposure; in fact, he welcomes it.
