Owner's Description

Classic war cover with Doc taking on at least 7 Jap war planes.I always love to see it when the artists would draw part of an object into the title logo area, as the top airplane in this picture, and the rest behind the title area. Gives it somewhat of a 3-D look. I love how the back cover mentions Pearl Harbor. Those ad people will do anything to sell anything. Very slightly bumped corners, very thin dust shadow on one edge, and small hanging chad on top left corner. One of the nicer spines for a comic this old with just the tinyest little tare by the stapel. Clean, perfectly centered, and a spine roll that can only be seen at the correct and angle and light.
