Owner's Description

“Beware Computo, Comander of the Robot Hive”. 1st appearance of Computo. Quasimodo appearance. With the X-men disbanded, they are forced to find work outside of the school. Jean (Marvel Girl) finds work as a model while Scott (Cyclops) becomes a radio newsman. But, even away from the school, their lives are far from boring. They find themselves under the attack of Quasimodo and his sentient computer Computo and their hive of killer machines. The second story focuses on the powers of Hank McCoy aka the Beast. The first story was another example of the bad storytelling that would doom the series. The X-Men were due for a bit of revitalizing with the next issue as a new major character was about to be introduced as well as a new artist.<br /><br /><br />This sweet NM copy was purchased from Metropolis comics.
