For the first Kite Fun Book featuring a live Sit-Com, we have the 1976 Brady Bunch Kite Fun Book. Brady Bunch originally appeared on ABC from 1969 to 1974. Of course, reruns continue to this day. Seems a little strange they chose a cancelled TV show in late 1976 for this spring of 1977 school giveaway.<br /><br />Strange also when we look at what has come out for Brady Bunch comics. The only Brady Bunch comics, other than this Kite Fun Book were two issues from DELL in 1970/1. Most of the other Kite Fun Books have other Gold Key / Whitman comics associated with them. Not this one.<br /><br />The Brady Bunch Kite Fun Book is currently known only from Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas & Electric. The writing has been attributed to Don Chistensen.<br /><br />Population Statistics (Southern California Edison): Three in 9.6.
