Prepared in late 1975 for issue in the spring of 1976, we have the "Ben Franklin Bicentennial Kite Fun Book." You may have seen this in the price guide as just Ben Franklin, but the word "Bicentennial" is right their on the cover, if you look close. That this topic should be chosen for 1976 should come as no surprise to anyone who remembers "Bicentennial Mania."<br /><br />The Ben Franklin Bicentennial Kite Fun Book Kite Fun Book is currently known only from Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas & Electric.<br /><br />Population Statistics (Southern California Edison variant): One in 9.2.
