The year 1990 brings us a flash to the past. A modified reprint of the 1984/1986 Kite Fun Book (Road Runner) was distributed to schools by Southern California Edison.<br /><br />Changes include most of the puzzles being different and some new artwork. Seems between 1984 when it first came out and 1990, helium filled metallic balloons had become a concern around power lines.
