Signed by Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting. One of the things I really like about this cover is how it really grabs your eye.

Robert de la Torre handles the interior art for this issue. While different it is certainly very pleasing to take in while reading the book. There's some sweet Cap & Falcon training, and the 1950's Crazy Cap makes his public debut. Sharon makes a move to escape from the Red Skull's clutches. The issue ends as we have a confrontation between Bucky-Cap and Crazy Cap!
