It's Bucky's birthday and he's tangling with some heavily armed mercenaries. The issue has him reflecting on birthdays throughout his history (some great character moments), and when he returns home, the Avengers through him a surprise birthday party!

There's some great additional content from Marcos Martin covering the history of Captain America as well as a short comic by Fred Hembeck.
