I think this was sitting around on a shelf somewhere. I offered a price and the guy wouldn't take it. I waited and waited until finally I thought why not offer again, this time a bit higher. I did and he thought it was good enough. Maybe because it was so long between offers. There is an average I like to pay on this series and this was under that average....but why is it when it is under what I want to pay it is by a few dollars but when is is something I really want I go so far much higher over the budget. ( make sense? I think I am getting tired?)
