Acts of Vengeance wa a mediocre attempt of bringing other villains against other heroes. But seriously do a bunch of villains need to pick on teenagers to make them feel better? And then when they lose against teenagers you might as well just quit. Like the Stiltman giving Matt Murdock his "legs" because he kept getting his but kicked by a blind guy.
