Carol is bitten

Dale is watching Tyreese and Andrea, feeling jealous. Rick tries to convince Dale that Andrea loves him. Dale asks sarcastically if she loves him because he's so young and healthy. Rick says Dale can dwell on the same thing day in and day out but he'll always be wrong. Rick tells everybody to stop shooting.

Carl is playing by himself outside of Rick's and Lori's cell. Lori is happy about it and mentions that she and Carol are talking like they used to do. Rick asks how Judith is doing, and Lori responds that she is perfect. She thinks Judy reminds her of Carl. At the cafeteria, Andrea, Dale, Ben & Billy are eating Hershel's tomatoes. Dale is about to say something about the stew, but stops, and Andrea tells the boys to ignore everything that Dale says. Dale finishes his thought by saying the stew is good. Andrea thinks it's a good save, calling him an "old man". Dale stops talking and says he's fine when Andrea asks if something is wrong.

Glenn and Maggie are in their cell, after just having had sex, they talk about having children. Glenn is upset at hearing, that Maggie thinks it's too dangerous to give birth in this world. Alice meets Andrea. Andrea thinks that her new "jumpsuit shorts" are cool, Alice agrees and asks Andrea to do a favor, when the group goes out of The Prison to kill some roamers.

Outside, Andrea, Maggie, Glenn, Hershel, Axel and Billy are about to shoot some roamers. Andrea gives the security instructions, and Maggie thinks she's maybe too dramatic. Andrea says if she is not taking this seriously she can leave. Maggie apologizes, and Hershel tells Andrea that they don't have to take advices from her. Andrea also apologizes, and they try to drag a roamer into the Prison. Maggie swears, Hershel is disconcerted about it, and tells her it's against God. Maggie asks if he's still believing in God, and Hershel says his faith has never been stronger. Finally, they lure the "perfect" zombie into The Prison.

Rick hears what they're about to do and is going to end it right now. Glenn tries in vain to stop him. Also Alice asks if he has time to talk, but he doesn't. Outside, Alice tries to stop Rick. The roamer almost gets Alice, and Rick asks if she now knows why it has to be put down. Alice pleads to that they could learn something about it, even possibly to a develop cure. Rick leaves the zombie, but tells them to keep a safe distance from it.

Lori and Carol are talking about if Carol were to die. She asks if Lori would raise Sophia as her own, and Lori agrees. Carol thanks her and says she has a man to find, and leaves. Dale asks Glenn what he's going to do today, and he's going to stay inside. Glenn finds Dale's hat, and he asks if he could put it in his head. Carol shows up on Billy's cell. She asks his age, he answers 18 soon to be 19, she starts to paw him. They kiss and have sex.

Outside, Dale is again jealously watching Tyreese and Andrea, and then see's Carol walking over to the test zombie. She talks to it, and calls the zombie her friend. Lastly, Carol lets it bite her neck.
