My father & his 2 brothers collected pretty much all the awesome Silver Age comic books from the 60's, their parents (my grandparents) kept them all, and I discovered them at my grandfathers house in New Jersey about 10 years ago. books included Amazing Fantasy 15, Spiderman #1-100, Fantastic Four #1-100, Hulk #1-10, Journey Into Mystery #1-200, Tales of Suspense, Amazing Adult Fantasy, Tales to Astonish, Avengers, Aquaman, Daredevil, Hawkman, Batman, Superman, Blackhawk, Brave & The Bold, House of Mystery, Detective Comics, to name the least, about 2000 books in all. We sent the big boys off to get graded about 10 years ago and sold most of the big boys (for example, AF15 graded at a cgc5.5 sold for $6500, FF#5 First Dct Doom graded cgc 8.5 sold for $6500.... WTF!!!... worth lil bit more now right?) but still have a bunch of awesome graded books and still getting books graded to make registry sets. just having some fun send me a message if you like silver age books cause lord know I do. thanks!
