A long time collector and economic history buff whose fascination with the Federal Reserve Board's effort to support the reopening of national banks following the 'Bank Holiday' of 1933, led to this collecting effort. When Peter Huntoon disclosed Archive records indicating what serial numbers were reissued in WWII, the collection expanded and has become a bigger challenge.
