K.D. Lewis's Bio
i started collecting coins in 1952. i still own the first coins that i bought in 1952; a 1953 coronation mint set of British coins; issued to celebrate the coronation of queen Elisabeth II, which i witnessed at the tender age of 7. I hope i live long enough to see the value go up on this nine coin set; it is not keeping pace with inflation. today i limit my collecting to Washington Quarter Dollars and Lincoln Cents, With a few Type coins thrown in. Varieties too, and a modest group of RPD Double Eagles. I hope everyone gets as much enjoyment out of coin collecting as i have.
