Steve H. Phillips's Bio
After spending more than 21 years in the Army, I decided on numismatics for a hobby.
I finally picked two series to concentrate my collecting efforts towards: The Viet Nam Era Military Payment Certificates & Benjamin Franklin half-dollars.
My goal is to try and finish collecting the MPC Series' which were used in Viet Nam as MY tribute to honor all the Viet Nam Veterans and their families.
Also, to honor my father who was KIA 43 days prior to my birth ~ I dedicate the 641 series to you Dad.
