I have lived in Australia since 2008, and have about 70 cgc's and 30 pgx comics still back at my brother's place in Canada. Its a lot more challanging collecting cgc's here then back in NA due to the huge cost to ship comics. I forgo buying many items I find on ebay for instance because 40 to 60 dollars to ship one comic is just to much so I try to get several at once off a person. Thank god for Mycomicshop as they still offer super cheap shipping, which I don't understand but will not question. My main focus is Alpha Flight, Incredible Hulk (1 to 474) and Turok son of Stone comics, but like many collectors, I have comics from all over. I rarely buy any new comics now a-days. Having multiple covers of every issue really annoys me so I chose not to buy anything new. The exception being if I find stuff by Garth Ennis, the only comic person I actually look for as his stuff rocks.
I collect Hulk as its my favorite character, and have a near complete set of his books raw, although low grade. Actually I have a lot of raw books back in Canada and I have been trying to get them sent over. I love the Turok covers and love the old painted covers of other series but have forced myself to not buy others, (usually) then turok. I wish I could convince a relative to move to the USA just so they can get me comics there and then have them shipped over in one shot.:)
