An interesting Variant Cover by Alan Davis. The two Caps don't actually face off in the issue, nor do they fight over the shield.
It is cool nonetheless, as this issue does tackle just who will be wielding the shield after the events of Reborn. It feels to me that its because of the fans support of Bucky-Cap that the decision was made to have him carry the shield for a while longer.
After the events of Siege, Steve Rogers is elected to be the "new" Nick Fury, and while Bucky remains Captain America, Steve Rogers forms a team of Secret Avengers. I think you can safely bet on Steve Rogers donning the Cap uniform again closer to the release of the impending movie.
