Signed by Hickman, Epting & Stan Lee all on the same date. THis issue doesn't mean any thing without the Stan Lee sig., after all it is the death of one of his kids in this issue, 50 Years after the birth of the Marvel Universe. R.I.P. Johnny so sad to see you go, you will be missed, and always remembered fondly for the great times.

What's really interesting about this copy is that the CGC label says it is the variant, but every issue I have seen with this cover is not listed as a variant by CGC.
