Here We Remain 5 of 6. 10/2008. Rick, Carl and Michonne return to Hershels farm with Glenn and Maggie. Carl and Sophie are reunited and Sophie repressed her loss of her mom so she now thinks Maggie and Glenn are her parents. Michonne tells Rick she is talking to her ex boyfriend and Rick opens up about the phone in his backpack and that he has talks with Lori. A gunshot is heard from Andrea. Sgt. Abraham Ford, Rosita Espinosa and Dr. Eugene Porter arrive at the farm. They said they were headed to D.C. Eugene is a scientist and reveals he knows exactly what caused the creation of the zombie plague. The AMC version ended differently as it was the end of Season 1 where they found the scientist.
