Plot Summary:
A quiet peaceful night is interrupted when Cerebro activates the War Room. Forge begins to do diagnostics and picks up a new mutant signature. Cyclops sends the X-Men to find this mutant and the rest of the team. Beast wakes up in a transport vehicle with Rogue, Jubilee and Gambit hanging from the roof. Gambit uses his thief skills and helps the team escape. Cyclops arrives with the second team of X-Men and takes out the transport vehicle holding Wolverine. They are able to stop it but are shocked to find Wolverine nowhere in sight. In Berlin, Wolverine and Omega Red fight but Wolverine loses time after time as he is unable to ward off Omega Red’s power. Recuperating from the last attack, Wolverine begins to have memories of an assignment involving Weapon X in its early days. Meanwhile a mysterious figure hides in the shadows watching the events unfold. He cuts the power to the underground bunker and Wolverine cuts himself free. Wolverine jumps out of the building and is assisted by old friend named Maverick. Wolverine passes out just as the X-Men begin their attack on the building where Wolverine was at. In Malibu, Lila Cheney helps Dazzler try to remember her days as an X-Man. Longshot arrives and is followed by Spiral. In a flash of light, Lila Cheney teleports both Longshot and Dazzler before more reinforcements arrive. Mojo smiles as his enforcer is close to getting her mark.
