Signed by Hama - Issue 82 - Duke has just put another group of soldiers through the GI Joe training program. Lightfoot, Repeater & Budo are the new Joes and then sent on a mission to investigate a report of weapons being stolen by Cobra. The new Joes take out a truck full of weapons in the process they discover that it was actually the Iron Grenadiers disguised as Cobra Vipers.
