MOST JUDGE ANDERSON BADGE
(This one the 'sits very high', and
Cert. #1198132004 is the 'near complete'),
but they show.. evidence of 'tears from the cutting
process' upper right fc two, diagonal, 1/8" [approx.]
by JAN on this one, and one large diagonal 1/4"
[approx.], another smaller faint, by JAN on Cert. #
-2004.
