Owner's Description

Sometimes declared to be the first "silver age" issue, not exactly sure of that. The banner from 10/56 for all DC comics includes details for the giant 5000 prize giveaway (I wonder what the top prize was again?) other than that the cover is utterly unremarkable in my opinion although the back cover has a neat add for "nutty putty" the new scientific toy !!
