DC big five war were notable for their frogman/diver covers and they are highly prized and collected by war comic enthusiasts!
Many a collector has proudly posted these type covers on the CGC chat boards!
For this series this is the only frogman/diver cover in the 1-80 run of issues, The other DC war comics mainly "Our Fighting Forces" lead the way with more of this type of cover.
A very memorable cover, you can't help but feel for the American's bad luck to have been stepped on by the Japanese soldier. and with this disadvantageous position it is highly unlikely he can survive this encounter.
