Owner notes:
This particular issue was semi-difficult to find in 9.8 for a reasonable price. Most comic shops and shows I went to either did not have one, had a 9.6 or worse available, or was far too high priced. It wasn't until January of 2019 that I was able to find one that was in 9.8 with a price I was satisfied with. Of course once I had a copy I started to see more of them available...
