This book helped get my Base Set of these books to 100% completion before being replaced by a Signature Series 9.8 signed by Dan Jurgens and Brett Breeding in February 2023.
I won this on ComicLink auction style for $110.00. This was really good because at the time there were also two on eBay; one for $299.00 and the other for $395.00. I feel really fortunate to have gotten this for a good price. I had recently given up on ComicLink after having a couple bad experiences on the exchange. Twice I agreed to pay the Buy It price for a book and twice the seller never responded. Due to this experience I hadn't been checking it as often so I am glad I got tipped off that this was listed!

This pristine Near Mint/Mint CGC 9.8 is the highest graded for an example of this issue, and is 1 of only 8 ever awarded this top grade by CGC. Additionally, CGC has assigned its newsstand-fresh page quality designation, White Pages, making this the best 9.8 obtainable.
Note - I later found two raw copies of this book at different LCSs on the same day and submitted them both... both came back 9.8! Cool! I had this book reholdered in February 2021.
