Owner's Description

As an avid Flash collector, one notable thing about Issue #99 is that it contains a full page ad for Flash #105. In both cases, my books are graded 9.4, which means far more with respect to Flash #105. Nevertheless, our book here ranks as the single highest graded copy. We acquired it from my friend Nick at Comic Book Addiction in October 2020.
