This is one of the better "Reign of the Supermen" covers. This issue is also a well written story focusing on Daily Planet bullpen reporter, Ron Troupe. Troupe, who first appeared in Adventures of Superman #480 (7/91) proves he is a worthy successor to the late Clark Kent, penning a story that is not only a tribute to his now predecessor, but also a first hand account of the Cyborg Superman's intervention in a terrorist attack on the White House and meeting with then president Bill Clinton. Troupe's article proved Clark Kent was a great reporter and that he was ready to step up and carry on his legacy.
