Features a five-page 'Extremity' preview.

Hand-signed by cover and interior artist Charlie Adlard (witnessed) and by Steven Ogg and "Simon" who played Simon (unwitnessed in Seasons 6 (616) - 8 (816; and re-appearing as a hallucination in 1013). The comic was subsequently graded into CGC's Signature Qualified grade, with a yellow/green label.

The comic also has a hand signed sketch of Simon by London-based illustrator, Nick Gribbon.
