Captain America #373 features the 13th cover appearance of Bullseye + his 1st crossover cover appearance!
Overstreet 2023 NM- 9.2 value = $8.
According to the CGC Census Report as of Tuesday, August 22, 2023, out of a total of 39 Universal copies graded, 17 copies were graded in 9.8 with 0 copies graded higher!
With these statistics in mind, this represents a rarity factor of 43.59% of the total population.
HOWEVER, this is the much RARER NEWSSTAND EDITION VARIANT, which means that you can estimate that ONLY about 2-4% of all 9.8s (graded and ungraded) are Newsstand Edition copies—with this stunning example possibly being THE ONLY CGC GRADED 9.8 NEWSSTAND EDITION COPY!

Published in July of 1990, artists Ron Lim (penciller) & Danny Bulanadi (inker) had the pleasure in depicting Bullseye’s 1st PARTIAL crossover cover appearance outside the Daredevil title!
Although Bullseye appeared in the previous issue—Captain America #372, he wasn’t featured on the front cover. In turn, his previous cover appearance was on Daredevil #200, published in November of 1983, nearly “7” years prior to Captain America #373!
Hence, the caption to the left of Bullseye’s facial profile states:
PLUS: THE RETURN OF BULLSEYE!
In the follow-up issue, Bullseye makes his 1st FULL crossover cover appearance outside the Daredevil title, in a stunning and dominant depiction of him choking Captain America over the ledge!
In my opinion, Bullseye is one of the most psychotic and deranged villains ever created by Marvel! As a result, Bullseye’s early cover appearances are some of the most violent, brutal, and entertaining in comics and are HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE!
