Issue #9 features appearances by Atom and Matter Master. I am not sure why, but this issue has always costs more than about every issue in this title except for #4, and our book was no exception. In point of fact, the values of this issue have no relation whatsoever to the meager registry points awarded, as we paid about 8 times the registry points to grab this one. But after losing out on both the other 9.6 and a 9.4 as well, we pretty much went all in on this one and acquired it in the 6/5/2023 Heritage Auction. It is currently tied with one other book for highest graded in the census.
